Leeside Tuning is pleased to offer a courtesy Fiat 500 Abarth rental program for customers who leave their vehicles with us for tuning services. This FAQ and Liability section clarifies the terms and conditions associated with the Courtesy Car.

Who is eligible to rent the courtesy car?

The courtesy car is available to customers who have booked tuning services with Lee Side Tuning. Eligibility may be subject to approval based on driving history and insurance coverage.

What documents are required to rent the courtesy car?

To rent the courtesy car, you will need to provide:
* Valid driver's license
* Proof of current car insurance (minimum coverage requirements will be specified)
* A valid credit card for a security deposit

What happens if the courtesy car is damaged during my rental period?

You are responsible for any damage incurred to the courtesy car during your rental period, regardless of fault. This includes, but is not limited to, collision damage, vandalism, and theft. Your provided insurance coverage will be the primary source for repairs. However, Lee Side Tuning reserves the right to pursue any remaining damages beyond your insurance coverage from the security deposit or through further legal action.

What happens if I get a ticket while driving the courtesy car?

You are responsible for all parking tickets, traffic violations, and tolls incurred during your rental period. Failure to make this aware to me may lead to further legal action, you maybe billed for Time and other relevant issues occurred

Can I smoke or allow pets in the courtesy car?

Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the courtesy car. A cleaning fee of [Cleaning Fee Amount] will be charged if violated.

What happens if the courtesy car breaks down during my rental period?

Lee Side Tuning will make a reasonable effort to provide roadside assistance or arrange for repairs in a timely manner. However, you are responsible for any associated costs not covered by warranty or insurance. The car will have photos taken before and after, so their are no discrepancies and also the fuel and the milage will be updated accordingly before and after

How do I report an accident or damage to the courtesy car?

In the event of an accident or damage to the courtesy car, you must immediately contact Lee Side Tuning and file a Garda report if necessary, in flowing with state laws.

Liability:

By renting the Lee Side Tuning courtesy car, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You are at least 23 years old and hold a full valid driver’s license.
  2. You are solely responsible for the safe operation of the courtesy car during your rental period.
  3. You agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
  4. Lee Side Tuning is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of use arising from the use of the courtesy car.
